The EMG procedure itself is typically completed within 45 minutes, but in complex cases may take up to 90 minutes. In preparation for your visit, please shower or bathe and do not apply any lotions to your skin before your appointment. You may wear or bring your own loose-fitting shorts and T-shirt for the procedure. Very rarely, you may need to stop certain medications before your visit. If that is the case, you will be given instructions before your visit.
We accept most major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. Our building has abundant parking and is handicap accessible. Please use the rear entrance to avoid stairs when entering the building. Ride the elevators to the third floor and take a left down the hallway to reach our suite. If you have specific needs or require specific accomodations on the day of your visit, please let us know in advance.
